Jemmie's Favorite Paleo Pancakes

Healthy Paleo Pancakes

 

Ingredients:

5 eggs

1/2 c. apple sauce

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tbsp.  apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp.  maple syrup

3/4 c. almond milk

1/2 c. tapioca flour

1/2 c. almond flour

1/4. c. coconut flour

1/2 c. green banana flour

1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

 

Combine wet ingredients, then stir in dry ingredients until just combined.  
 

Pour onto 350 degree griddle greased with coconut oil. 

Flip when starting to bubble.  
Enjoy with berries, or hot cinnamon apples.
